Envelis represents a forward-thinking evolution of the business and reflects the level at which we now operate within the industry. The rebrand gave us the opportunity to create a modern identity that aligns with our ambitions, growth plans and long-term vision for the company.

A large part of life away from the office is spent chauffeuring my three kids between their various sports and dance clubs – they probably have a better social life than I do, although that’s not particularly difficult.

I’m a big football fan and enjoy following the game closely. I still try and play a couple of times a week.

I like to think I’ve got refined taste in television, but ‘Married at First Sight Australia’ has seriously tested that theory.

I chose Envelis because it felt right, solid people, interesting projects, and a place where you can actually grow without everything feeling overly stiff or corporate.

When I clock out, I basically sprint straight into toddler survival mode. One minute I’m answering emails, the next I’m negotiating with a tiny human about why we don’t put yogurt on the walls.

I enjoy staying active at the gym, spending time surfing, and meeting with friends whenever I can.

My guilty pleasure is getting completely sucked into the chaos of MAFS.

I’ve known the CEO for a number of years and was keen to grow alongside the business from when I joined. Having spent a significant period engaged in complex and commercially demanding matters, often requiring considerable time and strategic focus, I was keen to re-engage with a more hands-on contracting role

Mostly spent with my family, particularly my granddaughter, who keeps me on my toes. I also enjoy getting out for a walk and enjoying nature in any season, or a good meal with the family when I can.

I’m a keen follower of Formula 1 and football, and an occasional golfer when time and ability allow. I also collect Corgi replica miniature cars and enjoy unwinding with story-driven games, although my sons would confidently describe my performance as questionable.

Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh, Countryfile, Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Winterwatch, less a guilty pleasure and more proof I’ve fully embraced my ‘old boy grandad’ era. I also maintain a healthy respect for a good glass of red wine.

I was drawn to the type of work Envelis delivers, particularly the contracts and products involved and the opportunity to work alongside Tier 1 contractors on high-profile projects that closely match my skills and experience. I also value the company’s strong commercial focus and the location of the head office, which is well-suited to where I’m based.

I’m a family man living a clean and disciplined lifestyle, prioritising fitness and wellbeing to stay focused and ready to give my best every day.

I spend a lot of time supporting my 2 daughters’ sporting interests – owning horses. I like spending as much time outdoors in remote locations as possible, walking my Labrador & exploring Europe on my motorbike.

I read about politics, war and survival techniques. I also enjoy the TV series Yellowstone (big fan of Rip) and Peaky Blinders (big fan of Tommy).

The people. We’re all like-minded and genuinely look out for one another. That sense of support is what really makes Envelis unique.

I enjoy heading out for hikes and long walks with my two Staffies, but I’m equally happy getting lost in a good thriller book.

I love exploring and discovering new walking routes around the UK, as well as kayaking. On the flip side, I also enjoy unwinding with a great book.

I’m very much in my “granny era” at the moment. My guilty pleasure is visiting the garden centre every week and coming home with more plants! (I am embracing my inner granny!)

For me, it was the way Ryan spoke about the office culture in my interview – how they are one big family where everyone looks out for each other, and everyone likes to laugh. Office culture is a big deal breaker for me, but I dont need to worry about that working here.

I’m either watching a documentary on serial killers with my husband, or reading a crime/thriller book by Clare Mackintosh or Shari Lapena. Sunday morning walks are also a favourite, especially if they end with a pub lunch.

Can I classify going to Ibiza twice a year as a hobby? It has everything I love there – amazing restaurants, a fantastic club and music scene, incredible beaches and lots of towns where you can chill out and relax.

I’m a fan of Below Deck, I am hooked on how badly behaved the charter guests are and all of the boat drama. I’ve also become slightly obsessed with house plants and trying to propagate them successfully.
