Envelis is proud to announce that the Luton and Dunstable Hospital project has been recognised with a Facade Award in 2025, celebrating excellence in facade design, specification, and delivery across the UK construction industry.
Delivered in partnership with Kier, the project represents one of the most technically comprehensive packages in our portfolio. Working across a live hospital environment, our team delivered a complete building envelope covering all six of our core disciplines: SFS, cladding, glazing, roofing, louvres, and doors. The scope demanded precise coordination, strict programme management, and an unwavering commitment to quality at every stage.
Healthcare projects of this scale present unique challenges. Access restrictions, infection control requirements, and the need to minimise disruption to a functioning hospital all add layers of complexity that demand experience, care, and close collaboration with the principal contractor.
